Today, I embarked on one of my biannual fasts. These fasts are not normally something I look forward to with any amount of relish, but on a whim, I decided yesterday to view this one as a bit of "Spirit Quest." Given the amount of preparation (from a spiritual perspective) that I put into this fast, it was not altogether successful, but compared to the last one of these that I participated in was a little bit easier to weather mentally. If I am fortunate enough to participate in another one of these events six months from now, I strongly suspect that I will put a little more spiritual deliberateness into preparation and execution. I do like how this outlook has shifted my attitude.
I did put in a little over thirteen miles of pedestrianism into today's event, and I was pretty spent at the end of the second round of walking. As has been my practice, I gave Google Photos the chance to put together a panorama, and I was not disappointed. This is the result.
I enjoy viewing this graffiti wall near the Westin Annapolis, and I think that legal street art, if deliberately executed, is something that should probably be encouraged.
