Reflecting on Thursday and Sunsets

I continued the engagement with housing over my impending eviction. Keeping up this battle is getting a little wearing, but the gamesmanship of engagement makes me smile. I love a good challenge, and drumming up creative ways to move the ball forward a little, all the while pushing the envelope without causing real trouble is a bit of a treat.

Daily practice went off like a champ, and I caught the sunset in the reflection of a car window.

Sunset in a car window
I think that the number of highly reflective surfaces might be one of the defining characteristics of this epoch. The proliferation of mirrors or mirror like objects is unprecedented in history I believe. I did not used to notice things like this, but the beauty that is brought into our lives by these things is really quite stunning.

Tomorrow's a new day with new moves to make in the eviction game and more than a handful of beautiful things to observe, and I'm looking with relish upon all the possibilities.
