Springtime at the United States Naval Academy offers quite a bit in the way of ceremony, great weather, pageantry, and cute girls in sundresses.
The great weather has arrived. The ceremony and pageantry are set to start in about a week.
I suspect this guy is on the lookout for the sundresses.
